Thats right there Tony.
I am on the under side of 50 and a Boilermaker by trade , have been since I was become a tradesman at 20 yrs old , I signed up at 15 years old ( life is the best teacher ) , and the up and comers in my trade are not getting the training that was given to us oldies , my apprentiship was 9000hrs long ( 5 years ) the young fellas today ***** having to do 6000hrs ?

they are our future ? . its sad , and our pollies think inporting overseas 457 visa workers is the answer ,,

they still have a lot to learn . I feel for the young up and comming tradsmen in Australia today , not much future for them

.
Stay hard Colin , I will see you in november during the total eclipse .
