I used to demonstrate to electrical apprentices the ineffectiveness of RCD's and ELCB's if an appliance is not earthed.
One demo was to plug a shaver and hairdryer into the power outlet, turn them on and lower them into a plastic bucket filled with water.
Fun to watch as the water boiled and bubbled as the appliances kept going.
Pulled them out after a minute or so with no damage caused to them.
So I'm sure your shaver will be okay.
