about the lx80, i rung bintel yesterday to ask about it. he told me the same thing about the payload. recons the biggest it can handel is an 8inch sct and a fat refractor. what happenned to the other 75 pounds(34kg) in dual scope mode. the eq problems are software related apparently and the ones they have recieved are supposed to be the new updated software.
such a bummer because the 34kg payload may have taken my big dob at 20kg and a big fat tracker. oh well back to my home made motorized base then. boho.
