Does your whole dob weigh 20kg or is that just the tube weight?
Do you plan to image/use a guide scope?
You'll need to factor in some tube rings which for a 12" probably aren't light, someone with some will have a better idea.
At a guess I would say visually you'll be around the limit of what the mount can handle, for imaging, over the limit I'd think.
