Makes me all home sick!.
Sloughing is far better than shedding, although it was degravitating from a Sky 'Shed' Pod. You have a lovely place there Al, quite Christmas cardy.
The first time I saw snow in Australia I thought I'd touched down in an alternative reality. Coming from Northern Pom land I was just expecting a continent of sandy beaches and sharks. (should have gone to WA!)
I watched a docco with a kangaroo hopping through some snow and thought 'What the bloody hell is this?" some sort of sick joke?".
Within a few years of living down here I was actively seeking bloody snow. Shows how your priorities change when Treble Cone is cheaper that Victoria!!

Hasn't snowed where I live in Tassie for a couple of years. Must be all the patio heaters.
