Ha is dominant becasue...well, there's more of it, simple, so if you assign it to green you get a greeny image, problem is our eye doesn't seem to like a green image
so we can take heaps more SII(red) and OIII(blue) to help them catch up a bit oooooor manupulate the result in PS
your choice
Otherwise if more green images got released and our eye's got used to it then green it would become
