Thats right the factory curve was 5 peak to peak as I would expect
as mount is garanteed <7 without PEC enabled. After 10 mths it
was reduced to 3.9 simply because its had a chance to wear in and
smooth out a little.
Did you turn off pre-programmed PEC when you ran PemPro to arrive at 3.9? If so, then this indicates that the pre-programmed PEC is worse than no PEC.
Of course you have to and after programing it was about 0.97 peak to peak 3.9 was raw PE before training.
Or is 3.9 your residual PEC after training?
The reason I ask is that I've wondered about pre-programmed PEC for mounts manufactured in northern hemisphere, given that the worm in a conventional RA drive must run in the opposite direction for southern hemisphere use.
