It's hard to say... We don't know the rest of Petr's setup, where he was at what time or the exposure times and gain he used. Plus I wouldn't rate myself a hardware expert. I guess flocking (if applicable) could help with any stray moonlight being reflected in the tube?
It appears the data is not blown out anywhere, so that is good. It also appears there are enough frames as the signal appears quite workable, even in the face of the LP/gradients.
