Get well Chris. I suffer from bad asthma and have done for years - so has most of my family and parents. It's not a good feeling and it drains the life out of you when you struggle to breath.

Correct David, there is no 'silver bullet' - my parents have suffered since their childhood (in the 40's and 50's) and they all came from rural lifestyles - fresh food, water and air - and plenty of all three mind you. So none of the obvious 20th/21st century triggers for them back then.

The three nasties often go together - asthma, hayfever and eczema. When you have all three, Winter and Spring are not nice times of the year.

To everyone with asthma - keep your puffers close by, take your preventers as prescribed by your Doc!

Cheers,
Russ
