Moon - hand-held at 1,200mm on OM-D
Olympus OM-D E-M5 and Nikkor TC-TC300 2x Tele and Nikkor 300ED f/4.5 from 1979 - giving a combined effective focal length of 1,200mm. Live view magnifies to 14x, so manual focus is an absolute dawdle.
This was HAND HELD, leaning against the side of my house. In-body 5-axis image stabiliser logic was set to 1,000mm (longest). This is also a 100% crop - straight out of the camera. I think I've found my solar eclipse kit.
