Nuts! ...should have used it for a wide field entry
Not sure what to take away from the awards this year.
David went to some lenghts to state it was visual impact...eg strong graphic elements... that you can just as easily capture with say, a DSLR, rather than a mega-CCD, was what he was looking for.
The standard, well, gets better every year. I was particularly impressed with Colin Legg's work.
By the way...anyone know what next year's open theme will be??
