<rant>May I ask what the point of spamming someone elses image in Martin's thread is? It is frankly unneccessary, and, quite rude. I've been on the receiving end of this before and it is disheartening.
Who cares if Bill's image has more contrast in the centre, or if x has more than y? This is supposed to be, what I like to refer to as a creatively subjective art(istic) hobby, not a pixel peeping game.
If you were trying to help a newcomer to the game by showing them an image that they should aspire to, or to even inspire them, or guiding someone towards an ideal image, or even providing constructive criticism, that's one thing, but, to post a comparison image to someone who is one of the finest imagers in the world... ?
You're welcome to do comparisons all you like, just keep them out of the original poster's thread.</rant>
