Hi Leon,
I like your idea. I would love to see the idea develope to fruition.
Unfortunately Mike and others have pointed out that there are idiots who would abuse the system.
I assume that the concept will naturally die out. I personally would enjoy the heated sessions that it may have generated.
Such is life.
