So I am running a Toucam guider/finder into a Mac running PHD. That much i understand but i am bewildered by the array of options to connect the Mac to the mount (HEQ5) to complete the guiding setup. I cant run Ascom because its a mac and i dont want to run parallels because its a pain in the butt. Do i need some sort of shoestring style cable to connect the Mac to the mount? and is that all i need to complete the show?
