Idiots are who they are actually after, after all, only an idiot would respond! Somebody famous said "A fool and his money are easily parted". This appears to be true, so I am sorry to say that anyone stupid enough to respond deserve what they get, I guess, particularly given the amount of warnings and advisories given by Governments, Media and sites like IIS.
