Gentlemen, please note that nobody was at fault, it was just the circumstances and the fact there is no formal system. I have seen SMS text alerts used very effectively in cases like this as you can alert everyone in real time without worrying about 3G reception. We just need a list of those who want to be notified and set up a group listing. ?
