
We had the same issues up here when telstra started bringing the new 4G on line , weeks of no service and when it came on in patches it was over loaded and would crawl along and die 1/2 way thru doing any thing , I rang telstra and got the same run around as you ,,, "Its stardard practice " and all the time I was paying for a service I was not getting .
Frustration city !!!!

I am still waiting for a credit on lost time due to their " work ? " , that was 5 months ago , now ......
The problem is , is that we up here in the NT have no options , as both Vodafone and Optus are very , very slow up here in the NT .
I feel your frustration .
