You could build a eq platform, its about the best option for dobs. As for a wedge i don't think thats possible, because once you put it on a angle the drive wouldn't be able to move it because of it not being balanced. Have a test and see just with a wedge in place, you will see what i mean. There's to much stress on the az motion and they arnt made to run that way, your putting a new force in the mix.
Lol maybe someone has came up with something to offset goto using a eq platform now that would be sweet.
