Try a auto-collimator, cap, collimation eyepiece ect. and then a star test. Try an take your images when the target is at it highest in the sky, this will give less atmospheric turbulence and even help will light fog sessions. Poor mans fine focuser, Just get it roughly there and use a chop stick stuck to the focuser knob with some double sided tape lol. Try loosing that teleconverter and stick with barlows, also checkout your secondary it might be time for a dew heater, sure as hell is tonight at cranbourne lol.
