In SA Skippy sky is nearly always wrong. If I want reliability I use the Bom most often with satellite loops from weather zone to determine what is really going on.

Jet stream predictions from Unisys and WXmaps. Wind shear from weather underground.

Cloud is just part of the equation, but loops give the most reliable understanding of the coming conditions.
