Nice review, I have used the Mewlon 250 before and it is a great unit. It is also more easily portable than my Mewlon 300.
I recently carted my M300 to a dark site in mid NSW for a week. Visual performance for planetary and deep-space was outstanding. These scopes are really rewarding for visual observation.
