Basically if I understand this right no one from tasmania through to way up past Brisbane will have a good view. That is the BOM view of things, though accuweather has Brissy being clear and sunny and Coffs Harbour being partly cloudy, Newcastle and Sydney is written off and as far out as Coona is shrouded in cloud - i am watching the predictions for Coffs and Brissy intently.

Coffs i can drive and take most gear, brissy is travelling light

Why couldnt this have happened a week or two ago
If you can get a flight to Kingaroy on Teusday,I can pick you up in the afternoon,and you can stay at my place and use gear here.Least your missus can't go crook at motel expenses.
