The midtones have been pushed so far that the shadows are blocked and the resulting image is heavily posterised.
Not sure if you can notice it, but, the detail that may once have been in the reflections on the far right have got that pink hue to them that oftens happen when you try to reveal highlight detail by pulling your exposure latitude by more than 2 stops.
When you go to make prints, make sure you adjust the image in Photoshop and make it bright. By a fair amount. You will /always/ get a dark image in print compared to what you see on screen.
Unless your printer is calibrated to your screen, you have to make test prints until you get the correct output.
