Thats looking great. I am right now struggling with a M16 HaRGB data set. Its hard for me, as you need to combine a lovely tight Ha image to a colourful star bloated RGB combination. Good luck to you when you come to trying it yourself.
Anyway, you are off to a good start with a nice Ha-Luminance background.
