I would like to send out a big public thank you to Ron at Sirius Optics. He has helped me to fix an intermittent handset connection problem on my 12" GoTo Dob. He helped me to identify the exact nature of the problem and then arranged to obtain a new circuit board under warranty.
Ron replaced the circuit board with the faulty connector today and I now have a fully functional GoTo again.
