Danilo,

I am absolutely sure that you are "resolving" some of the most luminous stars. These are obviously amongst the most luminous stars in M31.

Maybe "resolving" is not the best word, as the stars themselves are so tiny. Perhaps "detecting" the stars is a better way of saying what you have achieved.

P.S.
The brightest stars in M32 and NGC 205 are also detectable with amateur astrophotography, but it is not easy to do.
