I used PS for this one. Unfortunately I'm not proficient enough in PI to tackle blends yet. That's Troy's dpt. I reckon you could do a better job in PI. Here's a quick run down on things that may help and why based on early experience.
1_ Pixelmath the two lowest channels (ADU) to the highest so usually Sii and Oiii to Ha. I use CCD Stack with int mode for this on a background small selection and check the ADU levels. so if I have Ha 100, Sii 20 and Oiii 50, I'll add 80 to Sii and 50 to Oiii.
2_ Once you've done the pixel math operation stretch the Sii and Oiii (within reason) OR lower/compress the Ha so your 3 histograms have a similar amount of samples.
3_ Combine colors 1:1:1.
4_ All the rest is done in PS which I'll post on later.
