Milky Way Timelapse with Canon 5D Mk II and Samyang 14mm

A quick test from my backyard last night, with the Canon 5D Mk II and Samyang 14mm.

Really impressed with the lens, such a huge FOV.

ISO3200, 30s exposures, f/2.8.
309 exposures.

Quite easy to use, used liveview to focus on a bright star and locked the shutter on the intervalometer for 30s exposures.

Processed in Lightroom and Sony Vegas. The lens fogged up a few times but it was good to get some practise in again.

Best to watch in HD to avoid the compression artifacts:
