I got the same email. I looked at the heading and it looked genuine, however, I checked the email address, before opening it, and realised it wasn't even from Paypal. I didn't open it, just deleted.
I have been getting, at least, two "junk" emails every day. As I am concerned about "worms" I just delete them immediately. Sometimes I would like to open them just to see what they say, but then I remember "curiosity killed the cat!"
