My Mead LX200 is still Alt~Az, standard fork set up, but a cusotm wedge is on the drawing board!
My 6inch Helios Skywatcher is on an EQ3, motorised, not the best in the world, but does the job.
My littl Borge, is on a modified porfessional movie camera moutn from the 1970's.... smooth and clean, it works a dream for manual sky work...in polar aliment ( the old dodgy eye alinged set up
)
I'd love to get a EQ5 or 6 mount, with cleaned and calibrated gears... and driven by my notebook!!! for the refractors..but hey I'll dream on for now...The Losmandi's are just too far away from my bank balance!!
