Thank you Mike. You're definitely right too - the smaller rangefinder cameras are getting me out and about again. One body usually stays with its lens for the entire day - and the airshow was primarily shot with the digital M8 and its 40mm f/2 fitted and not removed. It's so refreshing having to use the lens you have on, and find scenes for it, rather than simply zoom everything to fit by carrying and swapping a plethora of 1kg lenses all day. The only regret is the the M8's software will only address a 4Gb card, which is just on 370 shots. I like to take a thousand in a day. LOL At least 4Gb SD cards are cheap!
