I did read somewhere about opening the CCD chamber inside a sealed plastic bag (well as sealed as possible anyway) and blasting a particular gas into the bag followed by quickly closing off the chamber. Would this help? Theo, any ideas on the procedure and drawbacks if any? What gas would one use? Cheers.
