As the weather here has been overcast I havent had a chance to try out my MEADE F-6.3 Focal reducer on the ED-80, this picture was taken last year in Jan. when I had just bought the CANON EOS300D, and used the ED80 (newly purchased also) with a MOGG focal reducer (see the Coma)to make the F-7.5 to about F-5, no dark frame removed and minimal processing, hope to do better this year using the MEADE F-6.3 reducer on the Ed80 which should give about F-4 and no Coma, I found a simple adaptor to let me do so at
http://www.clearvueoptics.com/adapters.htm , the Item is a "DP2" and comes apart to allow the Reducer to be inserted between each half section this fits into the ED80 and the Canon "T" adaptor (a seperate item), I have one on loan locally and waiting for a clear night to test it.
