Hey, Scott, yesterday was a bitter-sweet day for me mate. It marked the anniversary of your passing. It also marked the day I was told that I sketch I did using the technique you shared with me winning the competition held in your honour. Your technique.
Every time I finish a sketch my first thought is "I wonder what Scott would think of it?".
Every time I focus on an object with so much averted vision work I think "Oh you ripper of a technique!" and relish the ease of being able to lay down the detail.
Thanks mate for your generousity. It is never forgotten by me.
