That is a 5.0 v power suppy so it won't be suitable but there are suitable 12 volt supplies from the same source also Jaycar have a good line in regulated 12 v supplies at reasonable prices.
I have used these cheap supplies on many of the small meade, celeston skywatcher etc type telescopes
