Yep my Saxon ED80's dew shield is 117.1mm as well , I was of the understanding that both the ed80 and ed100 had the same lense cell , ( with the ed80's machined smaller inside for the 80mm lenses ), thats why the ed80 has the same sized tube eg. 100mm as the ed100? a little cost cutting measure that does not bother me at all .
. The proof is in the beautiful images it gives .
