we are happy to crank out another image (-:...right out of the easter-box ...
It certainly is a most frequently imaged galaxy for sure. So this lifts p the
level of expectation a lot. we strongly hope, we do not disappoint.
anyway, we had quite fun in acquiring and processing the data, that was a bit difficult this time, as for several technical reasons, we had a bit of a mess with the raw data.
preprocessing was a bit tough.
Also it is an interesting collaboration in equipment: SBIGmeets Starlight Xpress. Sbig 4022 collected luminance, and a quite some RGB. but much of the color data comes from ym beloved M25C starlight xpress CCD.
well, we are quite content with the result.
hope these feelings are mutual...?
