Peter, I just load the AVI into VirtualDub & cut the required frames out of the AVI, save as JPG & then load them to this site >
http://gifmake.com/ I don't have any GIF/animation software onboard so this is easy (KISS) & effective for me. Probably wouldn't bother with any high rez GIF's with this; too much compression.
Yes Ivan. As you know I used the (old version) mono camera the other night (2 nights actually) & sadly it couldn't keep up with the DBK. I'm sure if I had the 618 chipped DMK I would have seen better results though maybe.
