I have been taking photometry images of this nova when the weather allows.
On 20th I also tried putting my SA grating on my ST8XME and taking a simple spectrum of the nova. This camera usually lives on my L200 spectrograph but this is too faint for that spectrograph.
The image below is a simple spectrum with no slit. It is 3 x 5 min exposures stacked.
Unfortunately I can't easily extract the spectrum out of it because of the 2 contaminating stars that cross the spectrum. Despite this you can very easily see the Ha line.
