Remember you need to get them off your glasses when you are in total eclipse - you don't want to be fumbling with tape! Of course, only in a total eclipse situation, not a partial eclipse not for the transit of Venus.
One small "bulldog" clip might do the trick - securely held in place but quickly removed. Get a nice coloured one to increase the hilarity for your family
