It's complex..and not easily described on IIS.... but I'm giving it some serious thought and will probably do a write-up when I've got a bit more spare time.
BTW after an absence of a few days, I've uploaded the
latest smaller (33%) but higher quality .jpg revision as the prior Las Vegas versions were probably a bit over the top
