Just clicked on IOS update on the ipad. Somethings gone very astray

Everything else looks fine, but IIS is a freaking mess on the ipad now

Anyone else see this?.
Edit: is OK now, how weird is that?. Seems it takes the ipad some time to make up its mind on what to do, even after a power up/down sequence. There are many things I dont understand Charlie Brown.
