The Polaroid 600 is getting a bit long in the tooth, isn't it. Maybe you can look at the Polaroid Two PoGo - digital camera and printer all in one. The paper is cheaper - but then you will need the new camera.
The other possibilities are the Fujifilm Instax cameras - also camera and printer all in one.
