Thankyou for your offer Peter, but my new secondary is 88mm and will not fit in that holder. And that would mean all my hacksawing would be for nothing!
I should also mention that I took 5 flats thismorning with my Exfso light box on as high as It can go (has a dimmer) for 2 seconds with the H-alpha filter in. When I have the new secondary in I will do the same and post them on here for comparison. This way I can be sure that I have a net light gain for my efforts.
