I recently purchased an imaging source DBK 21AU618.AS as I had read a number of favourable posts and seen some very nice images taken with it. However I am at a loss as to what settings to use (no manual with them)? I have read several posts which suggest minimal or no gamma (usually I have it higher to find Mars then drop it down once I am ready to record). Gain I set to about 650 but everything else I tried seems to give an image that Registax thinks is black and white and/or a fuzzy white blob. I saw a post on The Imaging Source website about debayering in Registax but Registax 6 does not have the same Other Settings as shown in their Blog.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
