I never implied Phil was perfect. And I mentioned that an 'extra' day on top of the 'regular' leap days
might be needed in the future, as I read on a wiki page. Do we have to be sooo pedantic? please?
I don't feel it's my duty to be 100% correct, because I'm not perfect and I don't know everything, never did and never will and have never said I did, rather my aim is to direct people in the right direction to find their own answers. sheesh.
