ps i'm in the orange shirt with some of the crazy bunch I left in Africa...behind is a LX200GPS we played with at 1900m above sea level and in total dark skies!!!! night temp...-15deg!!!
but you could count 11 stars in Crux with the nakid eye and read a book by starlight alone ( it was a new moon too!!!)
