I had a similar experience with Aquila Optical (AOE,
www.aoe.com.au). I pestered them about telescopes and accessories, email after email, and they answered every query in detail without pressuring me to buy anything. (and I didn't buy anything. much later I bought some minor accessories.)
AOE and Bintel are the two standout dealers in my experience so far. Although I had more limited experience with Frontier Optics (
www.frontieroptics.com), I found them (Daniel in particular) excellent too.
