In all my many purchases from Amazon, I've only had 2 problems:
One book had colour streaks on some page, probably a printing problem. A replacement was sent using priority shipping.
Out of an order of about 10 blu-rays, "The Pacific" didn't make it in the box. A new one was sent immediately (can't remember if it was priority again).
All in all, I was quite happy with their customer service in these instances.
