Was it purchased through the Amazon marketplace (3rd party seller) or was it "Fulfilled by Amazon" (stored and sent from an Amazon warehouse)?

It was from the Amazon warehouse. I guess there is a first time for everything. Amazon have advised that they have sent a replacement.
